Tara Dance Sangha of Atlanta is proud to announce an amazing year of classes, workshops and public dance offerings dedicated to the Goddess Tara, mother of all Buddhas, in 2012.

Tara Dance Sangha of Atlanta works with our parent organization, Tara Dhatu, and sister organization Traveling Light, to provide the sacred dance community of Atlanta access to our teachers, Prema Dasara and Anahata Iradah, through special workshops and live music during our public dance offerings of the Mandala Dance of the 21-Praises of Tara.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Public Dance Offering: Saturday June 9, 2012 5pm-7pm

Shambhala Mediation Center, Decatur GA

Receive the blessings of the 21-Praises of Tara through the public dance offering of the Mandala Dance. This dance offering is the culmination of an 11-week dance class of the Mandala Dance of the 21-Praises of Tara. This is a sacred practice and not a performance. All Ages. Donations are greatly appreciated!

Tara Camp: Kauai, Hawaii: August 11-19, 2012

During this eight day retreat Prema Dasara and Guest Teachers will guide the group in celebrating the divine feminine through music and dance, meditation and dharma dialogue. Focus of the camp will be on the 21 Aspects of the Great Mother Tara.
